The location is quite convenient, situated close to the downtown area. The staff were cute and helpful (I appreciated their attentiveness). I found the breakfast selection to be satisfactory.
My room seemed somewhat worn, a bit disappointing. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. The pool looked rather outdated, needing some refurbishment.

a romantic escape

the cleanliness was really good! it was like a true sanctuary, perfect location near the vibrant downtown area and just a short distance from the marina. the private lagoon became my favourite spot. it offered such a serene and peaceful retreat.
the music from nearby establishments carried on quite late into the night. it made it a little difficult to fall asleep some evenings.

there were varied food and drink options available, and i found the prices reasonable. the breakfast service included fresh juices, pastries, and a selection of hot dishes. the restaurant staff was attentive; they ensured a seamless dining experience.

the hotel is near downtown, so shops, bars, and restaurants are easily accessible. transport to and from the marina was easy with readily available tuk-tuks. this central spot provided easy access to many attractions.

there were many sunbeds by the pool and on the beach available. the staff was amazing and provided excellent service . food and drinks at the bar were inexpensive.
the music from the parties was loud and went on late, disrupting sleep. sound insulation was poor, so the noise was quite noticeable.

the hotel is close to downtown and offers easy access to restaurants. the atm outside the hotel adds convenience for accessing cash. el gouna is easily accessible from the hotel.

the reception staff was excellent (especially abdullah and ostina). basem at the pool offered great service too. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
